Important information We can only offer payment by bank transfer directly to the venue bank account. This helps us to keep the fee low. You will receive an invoice after the registration step (not after adding yourself to the waiting list). This can take some days, as it is not automated. All registrations are preliminary until the full amount for the registration (750 EUR) is paid and acknowledged by the venue. Your spot for the event will only be blocked after the registration, i.e. at the earliest after re-opening for slots on the waiting list. As soon as the bank transfer is completed, you will be informed and the registration will be completed. Please let us know if there are any problems with the payment or if you did not receive an invoice two weeks after registering. Make sure with your institute whether you or your institute's address must be written on the invoice. Invoices issued once cannot be changed afterwards.
